Chief Development Officer at Telestai Capital, a fractional CFO and M&A advisory firm. Tim grew up on a farm in Dayton surrounded by entrepreneurs — two family farms, a flower business, and a wedding venue. He left management consulting to become a high school teacher, building an entrepreneurship program from scratch where students created real businesses for 8 months. He coached basketball at every level from 2nd grade to varsity. His grandfather spent 34 years building a flower business and sold it for pennies on the dollar — Tim doesn't want that to happen to other Midwest business owners. His clients have broken down in tears saying he's the first strategic partner in their career who actually cares.
